A pair of Gravel King SK 38mm. I hear good things about them.

So far so good. The flat sections on top and the bar ends have been wonders. You get a natural grip more so than your fingers being wrapped around. Both sections are additional add ons but you won't regret getting them both.

I just bought a 4iiii dual-sided power crank for my bike, and I'm not a happy camper. On my very first ride I discovered that the right side is putting out WAY more watts than the left, averaging 38%/62%, and it ain't me. I have no significant imbalance. The people at 4iiii haven't told me what they intend to do about it. "Support" is apparently limited to email and voicemail. It's quite frustrating. My first experience with this company is not going well. Mistakes happen, but I've always said that it's the way a company handles those mistakes that makes all the difference....separates great companies from very average companies.
They aren't being very responsive to my issue.

I did the correct 0-offset. Since my original post however, I've think I've fixed the issue. 4iiii support did respond and recommended a reboot and an unlink and then relink, and I think it probably fixed the issue. I did a very brief 2 minute ride, and the L/R balance looked pretty good. I'll know for sure when I go on a long ride in a few days.

I just picked up a Zipp XPLR 70 bar, handlebar, frame and saddle bags.
the Zipp bar is the most comfortable bar I’ve ever used. Get your hands on one!

I just got a Route Werks handlebar bag for my gravel rides. Dirt roads have always just been part of my road riding paradigm, but I’ve been thinking to do more meandering on longer, more remote gravel routes, so maybe this will be an aid in that.

Appreciate the heads up but I really enjoy the way they feel and roll and don’t notice any sluggishness. This combo is a lot lighter than what I had before and quite an improvement with less rotational mass, by a significant amount.

Just put WTB Senderos on the Rove ST. Lots of fun - hooks up great in all the loose, dry rocky stuff around here. Had Ventures before which were quite good, never really lacked for traction very often, but was just itchin' to try something different. I can definitely hit the gnar faster with these, rocky climbs are better, etc - confidence inspiring.

Just curious, were the CCCs close to the stated weight?

I just scooped up a pair of SQ Lab InnerBarEnds for the flat bar on the Breezer. I usually grip the inside bar on those open road hauls in order to get more aero (or just switch up the grip), so these made sense to me, promising more comfort and control in the tuck. I’ve also never stopped using bar ends since the ‘90s, so a bar-end-less flat bar is a weird looking beast to me in any case.
I’ve only done a quick spin, but yeah, these feel right on the money. The ergonomic shaping is really nice. SQ Lab recommends to mount them directly adjacent to the grip, presumably to take advantage of the padding for the palm, but they seem comfy as I have them mounted. Time will tell.
Apparently, SQ Lab just introduced a super lightweight InnerBarEnds model, the carbon fiber 411R, which weigh a mere 40g per pair compared to these 108g 411 made in fiber reinforced plastic. Weight weenies rejoice.

I like those SQLab Innerbarends. They look like they could help with my riding position when my back is starting to ache. I'd be using them with Ergon GP3 grips.
Edit: I just bought a pair of 411s from the SQLab website. They had a 10% off coupon and free shipping. CF won't help my fatazz so I'm rolling without.

Wanted to upgrade from stock crankset for the Breezer but it wasn’t an easy find since the BB shell is 73mm and I couldn’t find any 48/32 cranks with a longer spindle. Praxis, being awesome at what they do, were extremely helpful and excited to find a solution for me, came through strong and customized a purchase for me with their new LT2 chainrings and their gen. 1 mtb cadet crank arms.

Speaking as a Clyde, “lighter is faster” has more of impact for me than it does for folks who are already light and fast, so I fret about weight all the time, both my own and my bike’s. Not crazily or anything, but it’s something I also consider to reduce if I can. Fully kitted up and ready to ride, this Breezer is probably 33lbs at least, which is really heavy, IMO. Dragging this thing up any hill at anything above walking pace is a maximal effort. I love the bike, but I’d love it more were it 27lbs.
