32mm Gravelking SK width?

Can someone tell me an accurate mounted width for this tire and on how wide a rim it is measured?

FWIW, the 32mm file tread version is 32mm on a 17.5mm internal width rim

At the very least tangential, the 700x35 Gravelking SK mounted to 38mm wide on a 20mm internal rim. And I mean precisely-- the first hit with the calipers was 37.99mm @ 60psi. So on a 17mm internal, my assumption is that it would have run true to size.
