Need help indentifying steel cx/gravel frame

Notices
Cyclocross and Gravelbiking (Recreational) This has to be the most physically intense sport ever invented. It's high speed bicycle racing on a short off road course or riding the off pavement rides on gravel like : "Unbound Gravel". We also have a dedicated Racing forum for the Cyclocross Hard Core Racers.

Need help indentifying steel cx/gravel frame

Hey team
This is my first thread here, so yay 😃
So I just picked up this rad steel frame from my local co-op that I'm gonna build up as my main gravel rig.
It has no logos, badges etc, so I'm assuming it's been re-painted or powdercoated. And would love some help identifying the make/model:
It's a higher quality steel with clean tig welds
Weighs 4.4lbs
1 1/8" headtube
Tange vertical dropouts
Disc and canti mounts
Set up for full length cable housing for the rear disc brake
68mm bb shell
Braze-ons indicative of a touring bike
Takes 700c wheels. Clearance to just barely fit 40s
Its stamped with Dbdc54 and tsfag0012 on the bb shell

Awesome. Thanks.
That makes a lot of sense
Db=double cross
D.C.=disc
54 then is prob the size
Assuming the "0012" in the serial number is the manufacture date?

Yes, I had a Double Cross, and this resembles my bike, which had both cantilever brake studs and a disc brake mount. The only feature I don't recognize are the Tange dropouts, but mine might have been a variation. My Double Cross had a tube added to the non-drive side, near the dropout. The tube stiffened the area near the disc brake caliper mount. Does you frame have this feature?
