Looks like a nice bike. I have a steel similar spec bike similar geometry that I really like. This carbon that you are considering is 3 pounds lighter than mine at a similar price. It looks like a good deal to me if you like carbon.

Looked at that bike ages ago (very similar geo to the UK BishBashBosh).
If 1x is an ok option I'd seriously consider this new BikesDirect option for spec/price:-
Save Up to 60% Off Disc Brake CycloCross Cross CX Bikes - Kestrel TerX Carbon SRAM FORCE1 Hydraulic Disc Brake CycloCross Cross CX Bikes

I can sympathize because I was looking at the Fyxation Quiver a few years ago and could find ZERO real-world user feedback on it. Unfortunately I can't help you with feedback on this one. It's probably a decent bike. 3 bottle cage mounts is nice, as are fender/rack mounts.

Not sure what sets it apart from the dozen or so other carbon 105 options at this price point. But if it's a choice between this and bikesdirect/nashbar etc I'd go with this.

If you get one, by all means do a deep diver review in here. Looks like a nice rig.

$2100 for 105 on a carbon frame...you're not going to beat that unless you shop BikesDirect. Part of how they meet the price point is not using a complete group--but it should be a good setup.

They are located about 3 hours from where I live. I have been in their bike shop before about a year ago. I may just drive there and check it out.

If you have that option, that would be your best bet. Otherwise, my concern with this brand would be how you would ever get an opportunity to look at it and test ride it before you plunked down that kind of money. The price of this bike doesn't seem to be especially exceptional. Good, but not exceptional. Exceptional would be if it included hydraulic brakes at that price.

Good catch. I didn't even notice the brakes were mechanical discs. They will custom build so I'm sure switching it won't be an issue.

thank you, kind of glad I clicked this thread open. Almost bypassed it for obvious reasons.
