Frame protection

Anybody know of a good frame protection system for carbon frames? So far I've found this:

https://www.treefortbikes.com/Lizard-Skins-Adhesive-Bike-Protection-Small-Frame-Protector-Carbon-Leather

Is that any good?

Scraps of clear bra (also, I believe, a 3M product) will work as well. I use it on my road bike where the cables make contact with the frame as well as where the Thule bike rack locking cable and front wheel clamp make contact with the frame and fork. Will probably apply to my gravel bike as well in the coming days. Can find a short roll of it which you can cut to shape on Amazon.

Helicopter tape is great but if you want something for areas that takes a heavy beating I use 3m mastic tape.

Or both. I normally wrap my drive side chainstay and the bottom bracket area with mastic tape and then the rest with helicopter tape.
