Frameset Suggestions

Hello All,

So I took upgraded my wheels from my bike awhile back and put some 32mm Gravelkings on them just because I could fit the onto my road frame and figured I'd be able to try some light gravel with minimal investment. Over time the wheels sort of just sat in a corner but now I'm thinking of building them up so I could have a gravel/winter ready city-commuter. The ideal would be something not too heavy and durable and not too precious. The only problem is the wheels are disc brake only which makes looking for used/cheap framesets pretty tricky.

Any ideas? I'm looking for stuff preferably sub $500 maybe maxing out at 700. The lower the better. The best I found so far was a used Twin Six Rando frame for $375 but it was one size too big for me. I also found a Felt CX frame that might work but I'm iffy on matte aluminum finishes. Still considering those but looking for suggestions and ideas I might not have had yet.
