Wheel wobbling

Hey guys, I just got a new gravel bike and I noticed that my wheel rim was moving around a little bit and touching my brake pads. I know it's normal for a wheel to wobble a little bit but I still think something is wrong because the wheel rubs on the brake pads. This is happening on both of my wheels. Are my brakes just too tight, is my wheel out of true, or is there something else that is wrong? Here's the link: flic.kr/p/2m4JaR6
Thank you guys in advance!

No idea if your brakes are too tight/close to the rims.
Yes the wheel hss a lateral wobble to it. .5mm or less of lateral wobble is ideal.

Yes, your wheel is out of true. If the bike is new as you say, the shop will most likely have a first tune-up/adjustment for free. Take it in and have them touch it up.

With rim brakes youll want to keep your wheels quite true. Also make sure rear is centered. Ive seen new rears that needed to be dished before trueing. Agree that shop should do it on new bike.
