SRAM Apex 1 thru axle & Thule ezHitch for bike trailer
Hi there, I'm trying to connect my Thule ezHitch to my Specialized Diverge 2021 using the SRAM 1x Apex 1 thru axle in the rear. Has anyone else done this? I'm hoping to convert my Thule Coaster XT (which my daughter is too big to fit in now) as a light bike packing trailer.
If so, what kind of adapter did you end up using? I've seen a few on Thule's site such as these ones:
For Shimano: https://www.thule.com/en-ca/accessor...ack-_-20110730
For Maxle: https://www.thule.com/en-ca/accessor...ack-_-20100799
For Syntace: https://www.thule.com/en-ca/accessor...ack-_-20110729
My thru axle measures 165mm long x around 11.3mm in diameter (with a 15mm long threaded part at the end).
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Check out these guys: https://robertaxleproject.com/
They make axles for kid trailers. I have not used those specific axles, but have used their products for replacements axles on my mountain and gravel bikes. Good quality stuff.

For anyone else wondering, I ended ordering the 12mm Thru Axle for Kid Trailer KID217 for my Specialized Diverge 2021. The axle length was 6.25" / 158.75mm with a 1.0 axle thread pitch (12 x 1.0).
I noticed that Thule's Syntace thru axle would've been compatible but I ordered it from Robert Axle Project anyway since they did a lot of the legwork in helping me solve my issue.
Thanks again and will report back on how it fits.
