crankset comparrison

which is a better crankset for cross, the truvative rouleur or bontrager race? either set will be set up with a single 42 ring and a bashguard

FYI: The Truvativ Rouleur GXP is the same crank as the Bontrager Race Lite.

The Bontrager claimed weight might be higher than the Truvativ, but I think Bontrager just did that to make the carbon Race X Light cranks appear lighter than the aluminum Race Lite cranks even though the reverse is true. There was a magazine test that reported that the Race Lite cranks weigh less than the Race X Light cranks. The Weight Weenies listings page confirms this.

The Race X Light cranks are also the same as the Truvativ Rouleur Carbon.

Also, I have both cranks. They really are the same.
