tires for different conditions?

Notices
Cyclocross and Gravelbiking (Recreational) This has to be the most physically intense sport ever invented. It's high speed bicycle racing on a short off road course or riding the off pavement rides on gravel like : "Unbound Gravel". We also have a dedicated Racing forum for the Cyclocross Hard Core Racers.

tires for different conditions?

This will be my first season racing and I am curious if some of you could share tires that you have liked and for what condition. I want to have something for most conditions. I already have kenda kwik 465G's on a set of mavic cxp22's. I am hoping to purchase another wheelset or two to have in case conditions are different than expected on race days. Any advice on rims (clincher or tubular) and tires for different conditions (mud, dry surface, snow/ice, etc.) are appreciated. I am on a budget but I do work at a shop and get good discounts so that helps.
