kona jake and jake the snake

i have decided to order the "Jake" cyclocross bike from Kona. I can not find specific measurments for this bike anywhere. I am 5'8" tall and am unsure what size frame to order. Can anyone help me?

Likely a 52cm. What size road frame do you ride? If you don't know, check out this sizing guide.
