Giant CX Build

What say you about the TCX 1 frame that giant offers (the orange, black and white one) ? I've got a bunch of 105 parts and a set of wheels laying around...they are looking fior a home!

I've found it for $650 plus shipping, and I'll just need brakes and a handlebar to make a bike out of it.

Just wanted to make sure it's not a harsh riding POS or anything!

I'll also be checking with my C-dale dealer about a stripped CX frame, but I'm expecting that to be at least $800.

Thanks,

Dev

Just a thought... I picked up a Salsa Las Cruces f/f for $600 used last fall. I bet you can find a heck of a deal on a Major Jake frame as well...

I had an '07 TCX 0 and it almost impossible to shoulder it due to the compact frame... The new one's may be more of a traditonal frame, not sure.
