Sacramento Cyclocross
Hi, I'm moving to Sacramento next month and found out about the cross series so I think that I will be buying a cross bike and racing for the first time. My questions:
- Are the courses pretty much hard dirt and grass?
- Are the races usually within about 30 miles of sac? I won't have a car so I'm not really looking forward to waking up super early in order to ride out races to that aren't in the city. Are the parks in Vacaville, Granite Bay etc. places where I could feasibly stealth camp the night before?
- Will there be any cx clinics or group rides this fall?
