cross frame with widest reat tire clearence??

Im looking for a cross frame to run in endurance races. i need one with the widest rear tire clearence for wide tires. i know cross rules limit to 35c but i need wider. any help is appreciated

Look at Surly cross check. I think it can take a 47 tire and 42 with fenders.

i want the front as low as possible. the forks for 29sr still puts the front too high. looks funny. with a cross fork it drops the bb. im sticking with a cross frame. i may have to have a ti frame built with wider chainstays. hopefully i can find a stock frame that works
