TRP in-place adjust

Can someone explain/post a pic of how TRP inplace adjust works? I tried looking it up on their site, but the info there is pretty basic.

appears to have a 4-5mm allen to loosen the boss so you can adjust the angle for toe in.

it looks like there should be a small bolt underneath the brake pad. I have TRP's, but not the in-place pad holders, so I'm really just guessing here.

There is an allen bolt at the end of the post. I assume that you use that to adjust. Nice idea.

Edit: Just looked at the price...$75 for brake pads is crazy.
