I'm excited, if you can't tell. After posting countless questions on this forum (thanks to all who humored me and replied), I finally got this thing together.

First time I've actually built a bike up from the frame. Really satisfying, though more time and $$ than I had planned for...(always seems to happen like that).

Fork: Whatever cheap steel thing it came with

Crankset: FSA, forget which model and the lettering has worn off by now

Nice job, it looks pretty bullet proof with the steel fork. I was looking at that exact frame. Have you had any real riding time on it yet?

I went for a couple hour ride on it this morning. The first thing I noticed was that the frame felt large for a 54cm, but part of that could just be me being used to a size M compact frame. Once I got used to it though I really enjoyed it, tore around some muddy fields and trails with rollig hills. Feels fairly fast, and despite the steel fork not that heavy. I'd recommend the frame. It looks nice in the matte grey too. Some of the welds are a little sloppy looking, but there aren't any gaps in them and the frame is straight so its all good.

No front derailleur?

nope, doing a 1x9 setup. Going to take off the big ring when I get my bash-gaurd thingy in the mail.

don't forget an inside chainring catcher (unless your bashguard comes with something like that)
