Cyclocross and Gravelbiking (Recreational) This has to be the most physically intense sport ever invented. It's high speed bicycle racing on a short off road course or riding the off pavement rides on gravel like : "Unbound Gravel". We also have a dedicated Racing forum for the Cyclocross Hard Core Racers.

Nice!
There's a few kids in the 'single digit' age group in the juniors' races around here. And the local series has an infield short lap (like 400m) kids race, which has kids on strider bikes, training wheels, and wheels as small as 8" rims! (One of my teammate's son rides in that race; I think he's 4.)

Yeah, my junior lost a cleat today during warmup, so I had to give him one of mine. Then had a mug-clogging problem during the race, so lost a bunch of time and got pulled. Apparently they don't DNF the kids though; they just give them DFL place.
