I'm looking to change the stock FSA Vero crankset and square tapered bottom bracket with Shimano Ultegra cranks and possibly a Chris King bottom bracket on my 2012 Masi CX. Does anyone know which size / threading bottom bracket I need? Thanks.

I expect it's Asian with an Italian name painted on, since the name went up for sale long ago.

so British thread instead of Italian.. right end of BB is CCW threaded..

Yeah, it is. Sounds like a great deal with a little over a hundred bucks out the door. A fraction of what I was looking to spend.

I have this pair on 2 cross bikes now - very happy. The CX50's are not hollow, but you can buy them just for the rings and put them on any Shimano compact crank w/ 110 BCD if you are worried about weight.
