I'm not sure it's fair to assume that just because it's a MY2009 it must have been abused. Actually...I'm sure it's NOT fair to assume that, since the OP gave literally no other details.

OP: It's a top-level racing bike, so it will meet all of your needs if it's in good shape. Being 4 years old, it's not going to be worth much--this stuff depreciates fairly quickly.
