Cyclocross and Gravelbiking (Recreational) This has to be the most physically intense sport ever invented. It's high speed bicycle racing on a short off road course or riding the off pavement rides on gravel like : "Unbound Gravel". We also have a dedicated Racing forum for the Cyclocross Hard Core Racers.

What CX bikes have slightly sloping top tubes?

I'm looking for a new or used geared CX bike that has a slightly sloping top tube. Can anyone offer up some examples that I should keep an eye out for? So far, I've seen the Specialized Tricross and Cannondale CAAD that have them. Thanks.

Try Alan: www.stellinasport.com all have semi-sloping top tubes (great, very light frames).

Xtreme DCS cross (Xtreme aluminum front, rear full carbon)
Roland 5 (aluminum front, rear full carbon)
Xtreme CS (xtreme alu front, carbon seat stay)
Klaus Peter 2 (alu front, carbon seat stay)
Xtreme (all alu)

When you have to hit the run ups and shoulder the bike , level top-tube types are better..

so Its just another commuter bike.. theres a whole section for those bikes

you need to know the height in the middle of the tube slope then , good luck..

You got access to all those brands in your town's Bike shops? what is there?

Shop live in shops so you can stand over the bike . pick it up till you come in contact.
see what the clearance is looking under your tires.

also my observation cross racing bikes are not offering comfort, it's beside the point.
the race is only an hour long .. and the bike is not even ridden for long , every lap.
on, hammer fast, jump stuff, run up stuff, jump back on sprint till the next obstacle.
