Ultegra 6700 crankset compatibility

I have a 2006 Lemond Poprad (orange, non-disc) that has a GXP bottom bracket.

I am about to purchase Shimano Ultegra 6700 crankset without a BB.

Is this crankset compatible if I buy a GXP BB?

thanks.

You can use the crankset with your bike, but it won't work with a GXP BB. You'll need to get a HollowTech II BB.

Just get the basic Shimano BB for about $20. Happiness from not having to replace GXP BB twice a year ensues.

Looks great, I love that orange. Here is my 05 Poprad with many upgrades.

Nice bike Cynikal
I purchased the 2013 Ultegra cranks, brakes, shifters and derailleurs for $360.
Some guy bought a Trek Domane and took them off immediately and put on SRAM parts.

Major upgrades for me and the Poprad
