Wheel Help Please

I am building a cross bike up with a cannondale xr800 frame. and I don't what kind of rims I should use to build them. any suggestions out there?? I wa going to use 105 hubs because they are nice and easy to maintain. if it helps I weigh about 180 pounds. Thanks for your help

Mavic OP's or CXP are nice and strong. Velocity's would be fine too. I'm similar weight and I use some Supergo Aero wheels w/ no problems.

Just good old Mavic Open Pro, either 32 or 36 holes. These have been used and are used by generations of cross riders. Sapim "race" spokes and mentioned 105 hubs and your save.
