Raleigh Tamland 1 or Marin Lombard

I am looking for a new commute/ all-road bike and the Tamland has caught my attention. The price is decent and it has modern 11 speed gears and Spyre disc brakes on a nice-sounding steel frame. anyone have any experience with this bike?

I can't find any info from Stan's about setting up the Weinmann K Max Pro rims tubeless, and it does not appear that Weinmann went out of their way to make them tubeless-ready. what might be involved in going tubeless with these rims?

The other bike I am considering is a Marin Lombard. Any info on that? Alu frame, crabon fork, clutch rear derailleur, tubeless-ready wheels, etc.

I have not ridden either, but the geometry is quite different between the two. The Marin would probably be more responsive and feel faster, generally more "fun" for urban riding. The Tamland on the other hand has more relaxed geometry that would really pay off when off of pavement. It would be a more comfortable bike and able to log in long miles with less fatigue. Also, the longer wheelbase on the Tamland would lend it to being more stable at speed, especially on fast descents.
