MKS clipless pedals

These may be the best clipless pedals that you've never heard of. If you're a fan of Time ATACS, you'll probably like these. Buttery-smooth bearings, durable cleats, and extremely consistent entry/exit. I have them on two of my personal bikes, and will be adding them to a third. You can review my full review here.

Thanks for the review. I considered getting the MKS pedals for my gravel bike (since I already had Time ATACs on the CX), but in the end I just went with a (very) used set of ATACs. Nice to know that the MKS is a good option if I want to upgrade.

One thing to note about the MKS pedal is that the side-to-side float/movement feels more controlled (compared to ATACs). With the ATACs, I always felt like the cleat was moving laterally when I didn't want it to.

I opened this thread in horror, as my first clipless back in the early '90s were from MKS, and they were quite probably the most dreadful set of pedals I ever used. I have many memories of looking up at cars while lying on the ground, unsuccessfully trying to wrestle my feet from the pedals. I am happy to hear they have decent pedals now.
