Ode to my 28c....and Graveling

Notices
Cyclocross and Gravelbiking (Recreational) This has to be the most physically intense sport ever invented. It's high speed bicycle racing on a short off road course or riding the off pavement rides on gravel like : "Unbound Gravel". We also have a dedicated Racing forum for the Cyclocross Hard Core Racers.

Ode to my 28c....and Graveling

After many weeks I was able to ride my old school steel gravel project bike. I bought new 28c and took her on the road. I was very pleased with the ride and how smooth and fearless I was, going over rough road, dirt, grass it was a pleasure. I felt like a kid back in the day....remember the Two wheeling Columbia commercial. I had a great read Columbia Bike and road it everywhere. It was not a race bike nor a CX bike not a Mt bike or even a Gravel bike. It was my bike. I road wheelies, took jumps, road in the rain snow and on dirt. My new gravel grinder reminds me of the good old days when a bike was a bike and it was fun.
Glad I got the old steel beast on the road.
