You don't see that groupset everyday! Is it interchangeable with Campy 8v Ergos?
My Ironman is running Sora ST3300 brifters, shifting a Sunrace 7 sp freewheel. The wheelset, crankset, RD are all the original 105-1050 parts. Only the brifters, FD and dual pivot brakes have been swapped out in favor of 105-1056 parts:
