Updating an old Bianchi frame

I just got a 1984 Bianchi Campione d'Italia/Tipo Corsa via eBay with old components, and am looking to update it with new stuff. I came across a bikeshop in Wisconsin that does this sort of thing for US$585, not including shipping:

Campagnolo Ergo-9 or Ergo-10 Drivetrain Upgrade Packages

I've done my math, and that is an amazing deal. My question is, would there be anyone in Toronto who would do something like this for a somewhat comparable price?
