Kingston Road
Is Woodbine the best route up to it from the Lakeshore? What's it like to ride on? I'm hoping to use it as a way out to the bluffs and beyond. Better alternatives?
Thanks!
Thanks!

Kingston Road is one of the roughest roads I've ridden on in the city, but I haven't explore the side streets there to find a better route east.
Instead of Woodbine, take Queen out past Victoria Park and take one of the smaller streets up to Kingston. It's a much nicer ride than along Woodbine.

I only went as far as about Birchmount. The pavement was mediocre heading eastbound, but coming back it might have been the worst pavement I've ridden on in Toronto. Not a lot of big potholes, but lots and lots and lots of little bumps, grooves, cracks, etc.
