conference in Montreal in Sept

I am looking for any inexpensive Bed and Breakfasts/hostels/hotels in Montreal which are within a 5 mile bike ride of the Hilton Montreal Bonaventure where my conference is.

I'll be spending a night at the Auberge Alternative (a hostel) at the end of August -- I'll try to post a review when the time comes.
