The very cool coming from BionX!

Some pretty cool stuff coming from BionX in 2016!

Partnering with bicycle manufacturer "ELBY" to produce a very cool bike powered by BionX:

I like everything about the ELBY e-bike other than it is a single speed. I'm just not sure it would offer the versatility that I need for my riding and commutes.

That is great, a big step forward... BUT,... WTF, I still am pissed that there is no choice on my set up for speed control for off road... Some backward compatibility or changes should be applied to existing products too... JMO and hopefully many others...

Exciting and arguably the best hub kit available, but still have a DIY system that won't exceed 20 mph AFAIK. Be glad when they're up to 28 mph like some of their OEM systems.

The consoles new, and it can run without the console, the thumb switch is new , it can operate everything and show levels with lights don't need the console, the motor is new, it's see through and supposed to be un overheat able by human power, the spokes are longer than on the older models and are attached to the hub not the motor... The lights are new, the battery size choices are more, the speed cut off can be changed up to 45KM/Hr...

I really like that the spokes go all the way to the hub. I don't believe that the "see through" option is available... just a demo. I believe that the only people that can have a bionx at the 28 mph limit are the OEM bikes. Otherwise, I think the conversion kits are still limited to 20 mph.

It does have a few nice updates, but the see through hub is only for the convention. The actual product will be completely black,...
