Can anyone give me guidance on how to get hold of a User Manual for a Fast4Ward Peak ( originally produced by UltraMotors aka A2B, now seemingly Hero ). Much obliged.

Have you tried searching for a YouTube to answer your questions?

Sorry, no idea regarding your question, but I pretty much just use YouTube, and I am oldish.

Some companies arent sophisticated enough to provide a manual.

Its possible we can collectively answer your questions.
