Steppenwolf Brand
Does anyone have experience with a Steppenwolf e-bike? There's one for sale at an outlet store nearby for $1,250 and they claim it's over $3k retail. It's a Steppenwolf Men's Haller E1 model.
I found their webpage but it doesn't show any dealers in the US. I"m wondering how it got here. There's one for sale on Amazon for over $3,000. It uses a Bosch mid-drive system and some people say that's top of the line.

By "outlet store" do you mean thrift store, or an actual retailer outlet store? Just one bike or several? Is it new or used?
