Follow up to Hill Topper 350w ewheel kit with 3K miles on it so far!

Hi thought I would post a follow up that I've had my Hill Topper "Ranger" 350w front ewheel kit on my commuter bike for just a bit over a year now and have put on about 3K miles. It's still working great! Since I tend to use it 90% of the time on full throttle (I'm addicted to going 20mph and cutting my daily commute times in half) the up to 20 mile bag battery last about 12 miles now.

So, I recently replaced it with their Horizon up to 40 mile battery which is lockable and removable and weighs 1 lb less than the bag battery. I haven't made a video review about the new Horizon battery yet but you can see the battery on their new foldable bike review that I recently finished at the below links. Also, just to be up front I am an affiliate so I do make a little bit when someone buys a kit or bike from them using my discount code or link.

I'm curious how other Hill Topper users equipment has been holding up? Post your updates

Happy and safe riding!

another update
A couple of weeks ago on my road bike with the 350 hill topper front ewheel I hit a sizeable rock while going downhill and bent the rim. Fortunately, I was tightly holding the handel bars and was going straight so didn't crash but it bent my front rim on the sides in one spot so that now the front squeeze brakes pulse hard! I was able to use c-clamps to bend the wheel rim back in mostly with a bit of brake pulse but will have to eventually have the rim and spokes replaced by a bike shop as I'm not good at tensioning spokes to get the rim true.
