E Cargo Bike
 

I'm very tempted by this bike :

I will be using on a round trip of about 2x19 miles, + 1276 ft -2618 ft to go to the supermarket (unloaded) and +2684 ft, -1342 ft to go back home with the bike loaded with groceries/wood (or the wife if she wants to go to the nearest train station ...)
Motor is a Bosch 350W and a dual 500X2w batteries, Since it's in europe we have regulations about the max power of the motor and it's only assisted pedaling.

I already posted this on living car free, but maybe people here will have other ideas about the feasability of my quite excentric project.
It's in a very remote and quite mountainous place of France and I think I will pass for a total weirdo for locals who are riding old and big 4x4 toyotas for hunting boars ...

You found an solution for your problem. But what's the question?

If you want to know about the range, there's a nice calculator from bosch:

So for 65km and 400hm 1.000Wh is more than enough to drive on TURBO mode all the time, even with 150kg maximum takeoff weight.

Wouldn't it be more useful to use a trailer instead of an cargo bike?
Then you have a very universal bike and can use it also for other purposes than the weekly shopping day.

While the Riese & Mueller product is good AND expensive, I wasnt impressed with rideability.

I was impressed with the Arrow. Its rideability and manueverability were superior.

I own a R&M Delite GX Rohloff, so I can say this is the finest quality you can get right now.

That said, in terms of cargo bikes, I really like the Tern GSD:

I have ridden the latest Tern cargo bike with 20" wheels and I would certainly recommend it. It is really heavy duty and the fit an finish was very good. Ride was great. The extra wide 20" tires were very stable and felt great at speed.

I have no experience with the R&M bikes.
