Flash ebike PAS stops at 6mph
 

I bought a new Flash E-bike. Flash Ebikes. It has both throttle and PAS. The throttle works perfectly. The PAS cuts out after 6 MPH. I've tried at supports suggestion moving the magnet ring and the sensor. It still cuts off at 6 MPH. Is there anything else I could look at? This is my first e-bike and I love the throttle/pedal to work but I'd like to get some exercise with PAS on the way home.

Unacceptable. Get Flash to ship you a new bike or fix the current one.

That seems suspiciously close to a "walking speed" setting, which on some bikes can be triggered by some non-obvious settings.
