Does anyone know anything about GoPower in NY and NJ? I plan to buy a Go City, their budget model. Thanks and take care, very contagious bug out there.

Never heard of them but their bikes look like alot of other chinese imports. I'd be dubious of the battery and motor as they don't list the brand name.

Took one brief look at their website, looks like junk. I didn't see pricing but I can tell you they are going to be overpriced and expensive to own. That cheap stuff with hub drives can be quite the nightmare for repairs and warranty.

I looked at the site too, and looks like they just order something generic from China. Probably you can DIY better, and be able to do your own repairs.

The GoCIty is about $100-200 more than other mail order competition, If your price includes full warranty support with store front support or Velofix coming to your house for a year, it could be better than buying a competitor with no suppport and not being able to get it fixed.

The rest of their line is way more expensive than mail order bikes of similar quality. One man's junker ebike is another man's main ride. We all have different expectations.
