When I ride my bike I feel free and happy and strong. I'm liberated from the usual nonsense of day to day life. Solid, dependable, silent, my bike is my horse, my fighter jet, my island, my friend. Together we will conquer that hill and thereafter the world.

Vive la France!

A lot of Europe has been working on making their countries more bike friendly, but that's a new one.

France is beautiful. If it wasn't for my kid I'd go be homeless in Europe.

Unfortunately, Paris, does not represent ALL OF FRANCE.
It may be a great idea for Paris to implement this, to reduce the motor vehicle traffic, parking, etc..
I guess it's a good step towards "Paris Climate Accord".

One of my colleagues at work is a French citizen. He explained that this is PURELY about reducing emissions. This isn't the only incentive the French are using to reduce emissions.
