Newbie needs guidance
My new bike was rolling backwards and I twisted the throttle and kind of goosed and then the throttle quit working completely with error 7

Well that is too bad, IS there still a warranty on it?
You know all bikes are different, and error 7 can mean a lot of different things depending on who made the bike. Is there a user manual that at ;east defines what your error 7 is all about?
Does the bike still have working pedal assist? Is there a walk mode, where you press a button on the display and it starts rolling slowly? In other words, besides no throttle, does the bike still try to run?
