Bike Forums - Jamis e2 hudson controller issue

I work for a bike shop in northern kentucky and we have 2 jamis e2 hudson ebikes with the hyena motor. Im haveing the same problem with both bikes. The problem is that when turning the bike on, it will shut right off after about 5 seconds.The only way to correct the issue so far is to unplug the battery pack from the bike and plug back in. After that it seems to work properly for about 3 days, thenafter about 3 days of sitting idle it will do the same thing.
Hyena has replaced the controller in it, but the issue still remains.The bike seems to function properly after we unplug the controller from the battery an plug it back in, but there has to be a solution. You shouldnt have to unplug it and plug it back in every few days and I dont feel comfortable selling the bike to a customer until this issue has been solved. Jus wondering if anybody else has had a similar issue and a solution.
