Strava just gave me mine for the year. well the year is not up but not too bad. more sick days than usual this year.
my calories are calculated with my heart rate and how many watts I put out so maybe somewhat accurate. I think I ride too much. this year I did not ride the tandem as much between my wife should replacement that took 4 months off riding the tandem and getting sick often. even when she could ride it took a lot to build up her endurance after 4 months of no activity.

In total from May 2021 I did 3634 miles on my electric bike. Really don't track much of my other riding and really didn't bother to figure out what I did this year but not really enough but more than in previous years thanks to the e-bike.

I haven't been doing as much e-bike riding this year

Regular road bike riding

I use to do mostly e-bike, but this year most of my events were on regular bikes. I can't go as fast, but riding a lightweight bike is something I missed and can really appreciate even more now.
Next year, I'm planning on doing more mountain bike riding (regular since that's what I have)

Besides Strava, is there an app for ebikes that will track total miles put in? I want something I can use that will allow me to track in the background, while I use google Maps for navigation up front.

Check out RideWithGPS. The app seems to track my rides even when I don't specify it on my Wahoo.
