Can gatescarbondribe create custom length belt?

shortest I have found online is 108T long, I have unusually short chainstay (275mm) and even with a crazy useless gear ratio combination like 72T-39T (biggest sprockets and chainrings that I have found) I would need chainstay length at least 290mm.
I know veer cycle offers split belt pro option where they can shorten the belt to any length, but veer only offers very limited sprockets/cogs/chainring options. smallest cog they offer is 28T, which is useless for my situation.

Even though this may/must be for an e-bike, you will receive more feedback in a forum with more representation (General Cycling Information; Bicycle Mechanics etc), IMO.

It wouldn't be the first time ... 275mm is just short of 11". That's a really short chainstay. Are you sure? Anyway, there are drive belts that short, but not for bikes. Maybe you can use a belt meant for another device. Even if they did offer custom length it would be $250.

If you are able to identify the OEM belt by manufacturer and part number (usually printed somewhere on the belt) you can go directly to the Gates website, punch in that information and find a Gates belt that is equivalent to it.

yes, the chainstay is short like that, it is an unusual bike frame halfbikes.com. I wouldnt mind paying that much, but they just dont offer custom belts for some reason. veercycle does custom belts, but that belt would fit in my hub (wider) and also the cog/tooth profile is different to gates.

well i dont have a belt that I can check ti find suitable replacement. one company just shortens their own belts to custom lengths, but there is no model/oem for that. and those belts dont fit carbon belt drive equipment.

You have no belt at all, not even the OEM broken belt? There's a lot more to it than just length. Belt width, tooth profile, pitch, spacing and more have to be taken into account. Custom length belts are usually bonded at a splice, but those are generally not recommended for power transmission applications.

Im trying to convert from a chain drive to a belt drive. I used gates carbon drive calculator website to figure out what size cogs and rigs I need and what belt length I need for those and the calculator said that I need the chainstay to be at least 320mm for it to work with their 108T long belt. I have 275mm chainstay.
