eLation V2 Pictures

Hi All

The launch of V2 has been excellent, even without pictures. However, naturally, more people want to see what they are going to buy.

So we have placed some pictures of the prototype on the website until we have "good" pictures.

We are pretty happy with it and hope to have met a lot of the requests we received.

Well how did we go **********?

It looks like fine stuff to me, the battery case is nice. The motor itself is a little unsightly, but it looks pretty solid. How weather resistant is it going to be? Compatability with your own choice of cranks/bb style, or is a square taper bb going to be the bottom line?

Unsightly > You have destroyed me LOL

Yeah not sure what to do with Alarm system. It is mounted on top of motor but adds "a look". Open to suggestions.

The cranks are square tapered and cost a packet to get moulds. So unlikely will go to less favoured systems.

System has had careful consideration to the elements. I would classify it as water resistant but not submersible. So going through puddles and washouts would be OK, just dont park there.
