Crystalyte 5303 and 5305 making a lot of noise - help!

Hey guys, now that I've logged on about 100 miles total on my two electric bikes, I've noticed a lot of clicking noise from the rear hub motor/wheels. I'm thinking it's the spokes - but none of them feel loose. The local bike shop refuses to even allow my bike to enter the premises due to insurance reasons. Is it safe to just tighten all the spokes 1/2 a turn?

Also, not sure if anybody is interested - but the 5305 on 48 volts SLA goes about 6 miles and uses up about 3.3 ah on full assist mode. The 5303 bike on 74 volt LiPoly is in the process of being repaired - one of the cells is faulty - only did 1/2 discharge runs so far but one cell somehow got fully discharged down to .3 volts. Definitely a faulty cell...
