Just about have the Rans Stratus XP where I want it. I moved the Ecospeed mid-drive over as well as the Rohloff Speedhub. And the battery of course. 203mm disc brakes all around. It's a great machine, I'm having more fun than I imagined. Happy Thanksgiving to you all.

Nicely done! Give us some performance data when you take a break from riding it - next year, perhaps?

I am riding a Rans Dynamik with a ezee motor setup on the front. I started out looking at recumbents but having to get off and on in the city pretty much ruled out a bent for me. The crankforward is flatfooted tech and that has saved my a__ more times than I can count.
If I ever get a chance to do a long ride I would want a good rans ,a stratus or a vrex ?

I hear that - in the city I'm more of a kickscooter guy. Just seems to make better sense for crosswalks and avoiding cars. I've actually pushed off bumpers a few times with my foot, LOL...

I'd like to get into those bents too for long distances!
