Pandora's Box = OPEN (loosened all my spokes)
So my wheel went out of "true" and a few spokes broke. In my wisdom, I replaced some and loosened ALL the spokes - and now I can't get it back to true. It's like a rubiks cube

You have 3 choices;
1. Learn how to replace & tension spokes **
2. Take your wheel to an LBS and have them straighten & tension it.
3. Replace the wheel.

I would look up videos on how to build a wheel. Start by unthreading the spokes and counting the number of turns when you rethread them. At least that way you have a chance if all your spokes have the same length when you assemble it.
