Replacing freewheel on a Razor MX500 "Dirt Rocket"
We got one of these dirt bike-styled electric scooters. The freewheel has failed and sprocket spins freely. We saw a service bulletin about lubricating it, but that did not solve the problem. It's under warranty but the wheel assembly is back ordered for two months.
The freewheel has a flange on it to hold the sprocket. I took it to a mechanic who thought we would have to order the part from Razor. It looks like this (back side).
Is this part unique to that bike, or a standard part? Ideally we'd like to replace it with a more-durable aftermarket part.
