Thoughts about this kit from Hi-Power cycles

I have an existing 700c ROAD bike that I am looking to convert to rear hub drive electric bike, but total cost is a major factor.

I am justifying the expense as I am hoping to reduce my $150 month gas bill from my daily drive to work and increase my bike training mileage. At this point I am hoping my ROI is less than 2 years...

I live in the midwest, looking for a flat smooth road cruiser with a goal of distance over top speed, based on that.

I am in my 40's and weigh 155lbs, I am active and fit, I normally swim, run and cycle 100 miles a week. I want to be able to get to work with getting all sweaty and ride home WITHOUT the elec assist for training workouts. My work commute is around 20 miles all flat smooth roads.

Basic kit to install on my existing bike.

Kit cost without shipping $1883.00

What are the Pro's and con's of this build? Does anyone have any feedback on this company? The search did not provide alot of insight or feedback one way or the other.

Way too much power. ~750 watts is about one horsepower. Elite riders are putting out much less than that averaged over a ride... Forget the numbers off the top of my head, but Tour de France leaders are something like 350-400 watts averaged over a typical stage.
