E-Bike Laws USA and European

Hi guys,

I just found this E-Bike Laws and thought you guys and girls might need it at some time.

It covers laws in the USA, European and others.

I see that Florida has a max speed of 60mph no Helmet and a max motor size of 5000 watts with no License. Thats nuts.

I will probably be moving down to Florida in a year from now since my mom wants to reunite with the rest of her family there. Plus I was born there.

Noticed they also have no helmet requirement for them and that the minimum age is 10. So they'll even let a child ride a 5000 watt e-bike going 60mph on a highway...without a helmet...

Good to know they are more relaxed on the e-bike laws. Looks like Florida will be e-bike heaven for do what what ever the hell you want.

Remember, Apache Thunder. It's a max speed of 60mph no Helmet and a max motor size of 5000 watts with no License. Don't try and go 61 mph.

Plus, here in FL, you get to ride year round without the threat of snow and ice.
