BionX replacement parts? The light?

The front light on my Trek Valencia+ appears to be dead. I thought it was completely dead but it did work once a few weeks back. Then it stopped working again. I cleaned the contacts and there is still 12 volts running into it so I guess the light is gone. Rather than just replace it, since it's a fairly crappy light, I remember that I once saw a link to a Canadian site that had lots of interesting replacements for BionX parts, including a serious light. Naturally I can't find a link now that I need it. Anyone recall where I can get that nice light? It was around $100 and very bright.

Google, Busch & Müller. Best lights on the market and they are around that price range.

Thanks. I have a MagicShine so I have one decent bike light but the one I saw for the BionX kit uses the bike's battery rather than yet another battery. I'm guessing that anything that takes 4 AA batteries is 6 volt and the connection from the BionX battery is 12 volt. Maybe I can adapt it but I'd rather get a light that is designed to use the output that the BionX battery provides.

Woops, later edit. I see that the Trek light is a Lumotec FLY, which is made by B&M. Very interesting; if those other lights on their site are compatible, and I'd guess that they are, I can get one that has a daylight running pattern as well as good night lighting. Digging deeper...

You can check out www.ebike.ca, it has a lot of stuff, and a light section,
with DC to DC converters But what I really like
about the site is the troubleshooting section.

Good Luck!!!

Yes, that is the site I meant. Fine site, lots of interesting stuff there. I'm not sure how the Analyst would fit into a BionX system but it might be fun finding out.
