Cyclone 960w motor drive gear change

My cyclone 960w motor has with hill climbing always been under too much load &not developing its greatest torque at the speed that I'm peddl & seeing the other mid drive system with two lots of chain drive when my homewelded 48chainwheel blew apart I thought goodtime to experiment so bolted ( not welded)a 52 for the motor & 48 for peddling & it is better. Although this is a 960 w which probably revs higher than 500w thatI have 3 of. I hav nuvinci & have increased the speed that i go up the steepest part by about 2-3k an hr but got older so probably its 5.

Sorry Kevin but I'm confused. Are you saying that you used to use one chain for both your peddling and the motor now you are using seperate chains for peddling and the motor? If this is correct why did you need to bolt a motor sprocket to your peddle sprocket? With my Nuvinci I run the motor chain directly to the Nuvinci. I have 2 sprocket on my Nuvinci. One with a freewheel and one without a freewheel.

I'v tried using picture on this before But don't work for me ----I use 3 chianwheel kit ---Motor driving to one of 2 cogs at chainwheel crank that has freewheel then chain to hub with nuvinci . When both 2 cog at crank are the same size the motor speed is the same as when one is peddling no mater what size it is . but if the one receiving the drive from motor is bigger then motor has to rev higher when the peddling one stays the same .
Your way interests me as it might be better at making Nuvinci last longer as this is real hard on it.Could you do a picture?
I read your stuff one other time & real intesting ---thanking you ---
